Lo Barato Sale Caro

Bulletin Issues

Letters. I have initiated a Letters to the Editor section in this issue; it will come and go as needed. The guidelines are: (1) not too long; (2) no libel or slander. Format. Now that the Bulletin need not be printed to Sage's specifications, we can return to the traditional, letter size format-or not. If you have any opinions about the format, please let me know. Archives. In response to my request for copies of old Bulletins for the archives, I would like to thank Walt Lonner and Peter Smith for their generous assistance. I still need the following issues, if anyone has them: 1967 issues 2,3,4; 1976 No. 2; 1977 No. 5; 1982 No. 1; 1983 No. 4; 1984 No. 1. Lo barato sale caro. I saved a hundred dollars on printing the September issue by not having the cover varnished (to make it shiny and resist fingerprints), but it came out badly, so I sprayed clear acrylic on many of the copies. This was done in batches of 50 laid out on a sheet in my back yard. I'm not sure which was more foolish-not varnishing, or trying to fix it afterwards. Florida is a very buggy place, so my apologies to those who found small insects glued to the front cover.

XII Congress of IACCP

The most recent mailing for the Congress was the Third Announcement. It includes Registration and Accommodation forms. Information is also available on the IACCP World Wide Web page. Please refer to President Janak Pandey's letter to the membership for a discussion of the conflict between the IACCP and ISSBD meeting dates.

Fascism on the Web

The American politician/Klansman David Duke has posted a useful teaching tool on the World Wide Web [http://204.181.176.4/stormfront/india.htm]. One wonders if such material should be ignored or used as an educational weapon against the writer's perspective; I favor the latter, and will use Duke's article in my social psychology class this semester. Our many colleagues in India will find the article particularly troubling.
