jccp_governance is a normal discussion list. If you are a member of the list, you can send mail to: jccp_governance (at) lists.fit.edu (Not a valid address as displayed in order to reduce spam. Change '(at)' to '@'). REPLIES to messages are sent to the entire list.
The list system allows list members to post documents on a web site and to access the archive of emails posted to the list. The web page is: https://lists.fit.edu/sympa/info/jccp_governance You will need a password to see the list documents and archive. The password is assigned automatically by the list program. In the screen below, enter your email address and click on First login ?. Ignore the AUTHORIZATION REJECT message. An email message will be sent to you that includes a password.
If you see this window, click on "Accept this certificate permanently"
The web site will display this page as your password is being sent by email. You can enter your password here, or you can go back to https://lists.fit.edu/sympa/info/jccp_governance later and log in. The email that contains your password comes from "SYMPA", the name of the list program.
Once you have successfully logged in using your new password, you can access documents and the archive. When you log in, you will see this page. Click on "jccp_governance" to enter our list.
Once you are in the list, click on Shared documents.
Then you will see the list of documents. Click on the document name to read it.
